By using Hit Checkout (“the app”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. This page is maintained by the Hit Checkout team to explain how the service works and what we ask of you.
Hit Checkout is an AI-assisted decision helper. It analyzes items you upload or describe and returns a recommendation (Buy, Skip, or Wait), a confidence signal, and supporting rationale. Results are generated by third-party AI models and are opinions, not guarantees. Use your own judgment for any purchase.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and profile, and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to create an account.
AI-generated verdicts, try-on images, and comparisons are best-effort and may be wrong, biased, or out of date. Try-on renders are illustrative previews, not real photographs. You are solely responsible for how you act on any output.
You keep ownership of the photos and text you upload. You grant us a limited license to process that content to provide the service (for example, sending it to AI providers, generating thumbnails, and syncing it across your devices).
You can delete your account at any time from the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or put the service at risk.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on its outputs.
We may update these Terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new “last updated” date.
